Q:        Does it matter where I purchase them?

A:        No. Just be sure to keep your receipt to verify your purchases of Clorox and Glad products to qualify.


Q:        When can qualifying purchases be made?

A:        The Program begins on June 1, 2017 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Program Period”).


Q:        When will I receive my reward?

A:        Once the image of your receipt is validated, you will receive an email acknowledgement confirming that your Offer/Donation will be fulfilled no later than 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Program Period.

Q:        How do I upload a receipt?

A:        First, take a photo of your receipt. The image must be clear and legible and include the purchase date of your receipt, and show the qualifying products that you purchased. Then, visit and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including providing your PayPal® email address.


Q:        How do I ensure my receipt is valid?

A:        The image must be clear and legible, include the store name and location, show the purchase date, list the qualifying products you purchased and display the full transaction amount.


Q:        Why might a receipt be rejected?

A:        A receipt may be rejected if it doesn’t qualify, lacks required information, is too blurry to read or is a duplicate submission.


Q:        What if my receipt is really long? Can I fold it?

A:        Yes, you can fold the receipt to crop out non-qualifying purchases as long as the required information is visible.


Q:        Do I need to mark my qualifying purchases?

A:        No, there’s no need as long as your receipt is clear and legible. If the image is too blurry it won’t be accepted, so make sure the text is in focus and you get as close as possible without cropping out the top or bottom of the receipt.


Q:        Do both online receipts and store receipts count?

A:        Yes. For online receipts, screenshots, JPEGs, PDFs or scanned images are acceptable. Amazon receipts are not valid for this offer.


Q:        Can I use a credit card receipt as a purchase receipt?

A:        No, unfortunately credit card receipts do not have enough detail to verify reward requirements have been met.


Q:        How long does it take for a receipt to be validated?

A:        It may take up to 48 hours to show up in your account. Once the image of your receipt is validated, you’ll receive an email confirmation.


Q:        Do I have to submit my receipt immediately after my purchase?

A:        No, as long as it is submitted before the end of the promotional period on September 30, 2017 at 11:59 p.m. ET
